Tyler Hemingsen can EdgeChromium successfully load the configured Sitelist-XML File in Browser (copy+paste the configured value as URL in EdgeChromius)?
Your configured Values for "RestoreOnStartupURL" and "HomepageLocation" seem to be not formatted as it is documented, I would expect it has to start with a valid Protocoll (e.g. https://....).
And those two Configs are limited to Managed Computers, as documented: "This policy is only available on Windows instances that are joined to a Microsoft Active Directory domain or Windows 10 Pro or Enterprise instances that are enrolled for device management."
(is your PC AD-joined or managed by an MDM-Solution?)
I was testing out user settings since computer didn't work. I have put it back to computer and added http:// in front of it for the HomepageLocation and RestoreOnStartupURLs but no change.
I updated my PC to 1909 to see if that would help but it doesn't appear to have done anything.
Chromium IS able to load the xml file via itself.
My PC is AD joined.
Your Screenshot shows that you configured open-in to MSEdge, so why you expect to get it opened in IE11? My cases are configured as open-in IE11 which work as expected.
Gunnar-Haslinger I am trying to get the website to open in IE Mode via MS Edge for when IE eventually goes away.
As I understand the documentation, your configuration is wrong. You have to configure "IE11", see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/deployedge/edge-ie-mode
<open-in>IE11</open-in> Opens the site in IE mode, when the user is in Microsoft Edge and "Configure Internet Explorer integration" is set to Enabled with the option "Internet Explorer mode".
