Hi Kelly_Y,
I discussed with the Intune support team who did their own investigation and advised that is nothing wrong with the Intune policies settings and I should try to speak with Edge development team.
Any advice, were I can go from here?
I will be very curious to know if other users reported this issue and how they managed to fix it (if they fixed it) ?

May 28, 2024Mario_1313 Hello - I just spoke to the Edge developers. Thank you for your patience. Our developers have not been able to reproduce the issue and without that it is very hard to investigate to find the root cause. They believe the Intune team should be the ones to help and give insight or investigate why this only happens when protection policy is applied.
Specifically, the one clue available is that after removing the PIN the issue no longer reproduces.
