Edge extension installation in offline enterpeise environment
Hi,
I can install my Edge extension by unpacked way, it is true that Edge complains manifest version 2 but it works.
That would be my goal to install it from loal machine or from the web in intranet. Unfortunatelly, it does not appear among extensions when I open Edge. I tried install it by Group Policy setting up ExtensionInstallForcelist to <extension ID>;C:/ProgramData/Edge/gupdate.xml
I do not know how I can install it.

shatvani Hello - I don't think the update_url can be a C Drive location on a computer.
Have you tried a location similar to the example highlighted in yellow below?

Hi Kelly_Y ,
Former it worked. I set up ExtensionInstallAllowlist, ExtensionInstallForcelist and ExtensionInstallSources and it worked. It is interesting because the Symontech antivirus client is installed in the same way. Something had happened in the Group Policy so I asked support to investigate it.
