Just to be correct: “The home page setting is imported at first run”. Also, I had problems with policies (https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/enterprise/how-to-hide-the-first-run-experience-in-the-new-microsoft-edge/td-p/1145307), so … it’s ok now. Now.
