Edge Chromium not following taskbar layout in GPO

I'm attempting to deploy the new edge browser, version 80.0.361.50 (Official build) (64-bit), in an enterprise situation, and Edge pins itself to the taskbar even though I have an .xml file that spec...

SN1973 navigate to %AppData%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\TaskBar and delete unwanted icons

leonchyk This is in an organization.  So I would have to do that for all 300 PCs?  Thanks for the idea though, gives me something to consider or at least a helpful start.

    SN1973 use an sccm script to remove the icon on all pc's!

      leonchyk We don't use SCCM unfortunately.
