Edge chromium install langauge

The current windows servers are displayed as "english (united states)". But I want the edge browser displayed as "simplifed chinese". Is there any way to force it to install as simplifed chinese rather than english? I mean the UI to display in simplifed chinese as my client is not good in english. Please don't tell me to change it after installation, i have over 50 servers.
