Edge Chromium allow mandatory Intranet site along with user selected websites to open

As an organization, we need to always display our Intranet homepage when Edge is launched. To ensure this, GPO settings "Action to take on startup: Open a list of URLs" and "Sites to open when the browser starts: http://intranetwebsite" are configured.

But our users want to open a list of their own webpages when Edge launches. We want to accommodate this, but also ALWAYS automatically include our Intranet homepage in that list.
Can this enhancement request be included in a future version of Edge?
