    Hi All,

    I found out colleague have add a Windows Authentication PROVIDER to NEGOTIATE .
    Then EDGE keep using Negotiate Mode. ( Alghought NTLM is enabled !! )
    After I turn-off NEGOTIATE.
    It contninue normally!
