EDGE BETA Build is older than STABLE !!!!
Enterprises like ours need to test and validate new builds. STABLE channel cannot be updated more frequently than BETA channel !!! Crazy. Any explanation? Any explanation also to why my search en...
- Edge Beta release was announced on 8 March, yesterday edge dev 100 was released. It looks like they have a huge delay for version 100. The release timeline was not updated. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/deployedge/microsoft-edge-release-schedule
Same here. Beta version 99.0.1150.39 , Stable version 99.0.1150.39. Now for the bizarre part. Beginning a few days ago, the "stable" version no longer completes file downloads, rendering everything as a completed *.crdownload file. The beta version doesn't do this. Canary doesn't either. I suppose I could go through a reset of the browser settings but I really don't want to mess with it. I thought I would just let it ride and see what happens on the next update and until then changing the extension to whatever it should be solves the problem. But now the question is.... what update will come if the beta is the same version?
