Yes, I can confirm (after regression-testing this on my Hyper-V VM on Notebook "H": Win11 Education v25H2, Patchlevel Patch-Tuesday April 2026):
✅Edge Stable 147.0.3912.86
❌Edge Beta 148.0.3967.20
❌Edge Dev 149.0.3984.0
✅Edge Canary 149.0.3997.0

... Issue solved, it's working again in Edge Stable 147.0.3912.86

Seems not all Machines are facing the issue.

  The team has shipped a fix. It's in the Edge Canary Channel versions 149.0.3985.0 and larger. Would you be able to test and let us know if the issue is resolved? Thanks for your help!
