Edge 99 and MicrosoftEdgeInsiderPromotionEnabled still well enabled

reg add "HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Edge" /v "MicrosoftEdgeInsiderPromotionEnabled" /t REG_DWORD /d "0" /f

    TairikuOkami Hello!  There was an issue with the MicrosoftEdgeInsiderPromotionEnabled policy.  The team has released a fix.  For v99, builds above 99.0.1150.35 should have the fix.  Thanks!
