Thanks Gunnar. We already had HideFirstRunExperience applied, but not SpotlightExperiencesAndRecommendationsEnabled. Unfortunately, it looks like neither policy prevents this banner.

AndrewSAIF I'm in the same boat. I'm guessing this was an oversight. We don't want pop-up banners of any kind.
