Developer turned hacker (ex friend)
my websites are redirected. i get errors after deleting files that says cant download developer package or apps , and at time im connected to an unknown server and not my own internet. and apps auto download that would help a hacker that i never asked or accepted to download and have hyper v files, and phyton files etc

Your question is out of scope of this forum (which is for Microsoft Edge). You may check this issue with website provider where you purchase and upload your website to.
You may also run a full scan with update Anti-Malware product.
