Deploy a 'Collection' to multiple users?

Is there a way would could deploy a Collection (pre configured with links & text items) in Edge to multiple people?

    BobbyEk JasonHall-AU Hi!  Thanks to you both for reaching out!  The Collections team is currently in the early stages of investigating this feature.  As they progress, would you be interested in providing feedback/completing a survey about the specific scenarios and requirements you might have around deploying Collections to your users?
