Compromised Account / Passwords Admin Notification

Hi,

New to this community, hopefully this is the right place. I have a feature request that would be beneficial to securing our company further. We recently got a ticket where a colleague put their password into a website and they got the "Your password may be compromised" alert, and I thought it would be cool as an admin to get a notification of the instance so we can take action and work with the user. Maybe this would be an email from O365 or Exchange on-prem to our ticketing system, maybe it would be recorded in Azure security, maybe Teams, not sure. An email would be cool though, as well as an included screenshot of the site and an account identifier. I'm thinking this would be configured in a GPO.

Thoughts?
