Changing date format in Edge to dd-mm-yyyy

Hi. Does anyone know the simplest way to change date format for lots of computers. e.g. Group Policy or registry setting.

Based in Ireland. The en-GB locale is fine for this, except making this change doesn't seem to do it.

Manually adding  languages, in Edge Settings, and tweaking these settings seems to fix it eventually. But looking for a more scalable solution, that doesnt require asking each user to make this change.
