    Hi!
Did you find a way to enable the Copilot in Edge Sidebar? I am looking into the same problem for a group of devices where we want to activate the Copilot in the Sidebar without allowing users to install any browser extensions.

Go here and follow the steps for blocking sidebar apps. Find the ID for copilot (and any other sidebar app you want like viewing emails and search)  and add it to your allowed extension list in group policy. I'm still trying to figure out why copilot is disabled though. It was working during the preview but disappeared when it went live and I know it was disabled by MS due to issues but I'm not sure if that is causing this or something else.

        Hello guys,
I had the same problem and was able to solve it by configuring this :
        - Enabling the GPO for edge to control which extension are installed silently https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/DeployEdge/microsoft-edge-policies#extensioninstallforcelist

        - Add these two app ID's : "nkbndigcebkoaejohleckhekfmcecfja" and "ofefcgjbeghpigppfmkologfjadafddi"
