Can Tenant Admins access the Edge Enterprise Sync data?

Hi,

When users sign in into an Edge Profile using their Enterprise M365/Azure AD accounts, can Tenant Admins see/modify that data (Bookmarks, History, Tabs, Password, Settings and etc...)?

Also, can Tenant Admins change/enforce settings of that specific Edge Profile/Synced Settings for users?
