Bing Rewards and 365 Work Account in Edge??

I notice that when I use my Edge profile that I have configured with my work Microsoft 365 account that when I search with Bing it shows Bing Rewards.  However Bing Rewards doesn't accept my Microsoft 365 work account?  Can somehow my Edge profile with my work account be connected to Bing Rewards?

    Yeah, me too. it's funny switching profiles to search using bing just to get the points, then it doesn't search in my work results, so no point. i have somehow earned 40 points, but that resets occasionally.
