AutoImportAtFirstRun fails when Google Chrome is configured with a 'Set user data directory' value

Google Chrome has a GPO named "Set User Data Directory" under 'Google/Google Chrome'

If that policy (which prevents users from configuring their own user data directory and forces a specific data location) is configured the data import fails, and Edge doesn't understand where to find the Google Chrome data to import.

It also prevents future auto-import capabilities.
