Wrong way of syncing bookmarks

I have multiple devices using edge. Assume that the edge that is mainly used daily is called edge1, the edge in the virtual machine that is occasionally turned on is edge2, and the Android phone that is occasionally used is edge3. Initially their bookmarks are the same. After a period of time, the bookmarks of edge1 have changed a lot, such as deleting some bookmarks or moving folders, but once in a while when edge2 or edge3 is opened, those bookmarks that have been deleted or moved are deleted. The recovery is back, and of course the newly added bookmarks will also be synchronized to edge2 or edge3. Bookmarks that get restored annoy me a lot.
