Wobbly side scroll in Edge V 86.0.622.63

There's this weird side scroll motion in any webpage even when there is no content horizontally expanding. Attaching a video below to better describe it. Deleted  Elliot_Kirk

What are you using? mouse? laptop touch pad?
and what OS version ?

its a trackpad. my OS is 1909 on my laptop.

this issue isnt on chrome so i guess its coming from edge.
