Windows Update KB5037768 cause HDMI & 3 USB port to stop working

Has anyone else faced this issue where upon updating the patch KB5037768, their HDMI, and 3 USB port stopped working?

Model    : HP ProBook 440 G3

OS          : Windows 10 

After removing the Patch, all the mentioned port is working again..

right now, am pausing windows update and waiting for possibly a revision or fix to this issue
