Windows Edge not forgetting email address.
On one of my Windows 10 computers, I no longer want my email address associated with it. I did the following: 1- I signed out of the Microsoft account on my PC and logged in as a local account. 2- ...
That saved email can come from a few different places, so I’d clear them in layers.
In Edge, check Settings > Profiles > Personal info and remove saved personal info entries. Then check Passwords/Wallet for saved sign-in entries for that site. After that, clear cookies/site data for the specific website, not necessarily all browsing history.
If it still appears in Microsoft sign-in pages, also check Windows Credential Manager and remove old Microsoft/Office/ADAL-related entries. One more sneaky place is sync: if Edge sync is on, delete the entry, let sync complete, then test in a fresh InPrivate window.
