windows 11, not found: apps & features

1.) Access the Settings menu on your Windows 11 computer

2.) In the Settings menu, navigate to "Apps & Features." NOT FOUND

Therefore, I can't install virtual machine

apps --> apps & features --> optional features --> add a feature, then type "Virtual Machine Platform."
