Why no scroll bars in Edge?

    Hi,
    try clearing site data like cached images and files in Edge, then restart Edge and try again
    edge://settings/clearBrowserData

    if the problem still persist, please use the feedback button on Edge to report it.
    press Edge's (...) menu button => Help and feedback => Send feedback
