Why is there Microsoft Edge (Chromium) for Windows 8.0?
Hello, Windows 8.0 (Build 9200) hasn't had any support for years, but why did a Microsoft Edge (Chromium) build for Windows 8.0 come out? Greeting Cortablo

If only we could have everyone on Windows 10. Heck of a nice thought. In one sense I can understand why you find it surprising to bother with the pre-10s. But, until nobody is using them anymore, have to be considerate of them. We do try so hard to urge & encourage people to move to 10. In time, it will naturally will evolve into Users being on 10, anyway.
