Why i have problem only with Microsoft site
I don't understand why chromium canary the only site who don't see correctly is the site of Microsoft

It's not Windows XP. OP simply changed the Windows 10's theme to XP.
you can see it's Windows 10 from the Task view/Timeline icon on taskbar and action center.
