Why Edge shows PIN prompt twice registering with WebAuthN?

Hi, community,

I was testing WebAuthN behavior on Microsoft Edge 109 version with Windows Hello and just noticed that when creating the FIDO credential, it prompts twice to insert the PIN code, whereas for login it happens just once.

It seems like a bug; can anyone from the team confirm that is not expected behavior?
