Why do photo credits in new tab are not shown to some languages?

Japanese is good.But not Chinese:&nbsp;Maybe local laws that are the concern?But the US-English have the credits, the US-Spanish don't.I suppose they are both under US laws.&nbsp;&nbsp;So maybe some language doesn't have the credits translated so they don't put it?But the Korean one just put it in English anyway.&nbsp;Also, the photo changes as you change the language.So if you spot a photo "inspired" you in your language, it's not possible to switch to the other language in which photo credits are available.I feel this inconsistent UI feature is causing some&nbsp;inconvenience.&nbsp;
