White screen flash when switching to foreground

This happens every time I switch it to foreground. It's really annoying and hurting my eyes.
I searched for this problem but other people seem to encounter it only on startup, page refresh or new tab.
This is probably not a hardware related problem because I have switched to a new PC and reinstalled Windows but still seeing this.
You can try turning off hardware acceleration in the Edge settings, clearing the cache, and ensuring Edge is updated to the latest version. You can also adjust the graphics settings in Windows for Edge or try using the stable or Canary version of Edge instead of the Beta version.
