      Strange ... in the Canary version there are no options for PWA, except these two:

      Smooth Scrolling isn't already enabled ? (i don't know but it seem enabled when i scroll (maybe it's the edge scrolling personality it's why i ask ^^)).

        Smooth scrolling is an old flag, it's enabled by default on Edge stable and higher versions
