You can change your startup page by the following steps:
- Click the three dots on the right corner of the browser
- Then select Settings
- Under Settings select the On startup option on the left panel
- Select Open a specific page or pages and click Add a new page
- You can add whatever website you would like to open when you start your browser
- If you see Yandex.ru under the Add a new page you can delete it by clicking the three dots.

V-FRROME I deleted Yandex.ru from the search engines, but it still opens when you open the homepage. before that, I had a new tab with a blank page.
