Whatever you do, don't update. v144.0.3712.0 and 144.0.3713.0 can't stay running

Having issue with three Server 2016 machines and a Windows 11 Canary machine.  Avoid allowing it to update if you can.  Last few weeks have been pretty unstable anyway with "no background" new tab op...
