What we're hearing from you
We are very excited about the new version of Edge!
I work as a lead implementer of O365 solutions at a hospital employing around 1200 people. What is key for us is the ability to access our SharePoint online site without the need for any additional username and password requirements. We use AD connect to synchronize passwords with our on-premise Active Directory service with Azure AD and have currently built a basis SharePoint online "extranet" to allow for single sign-on using Internet Explorer. We also have an on premise SharePoint site.
I notice that the beta version of edge does do seamless single sign-on with our on premise site (didn't in the past) but no longer works seamlessly with our cloud version.
Any thoughts/ideas? Thanks
RollyBrockville We support seamless SSO with AD connect in the next version of Microsoft Edge on Chromium. Are you still unable to get seamless SSO with your cloud version? If so, could you try to look into the below article to set up AD Connect seamless SSO? I've also pasted some sections of interest. Please let us know if you have any issues and thanks for your patience on this reply.

Microsoft Edge based on Chromium (all platforms)
If you have overridden the https://docs.microsoft.com/DeployEdge/microsoft-edge-policies#authnegotiatedelegateallowlist or the https://docs.microsoft.com/DeployEdge/microsoft-edge-policies#authserverallowlist policy settings in your environment, ensure that you add Azure AD's URL (https://autologon.microsoftazuread-sso.com
) to them as well.
Microsoft Edge based on Chromium (macOS and other non-Windows platforms)
For Microsoft Edge based on Chromium on Mac OS and other non-Windows platforms, refer to https://docs.microsoft.com/DeployEdge/microsoft-edge-policies#authserverallowlist for information on how to add the Azure AD URL for integrated authentication to your allow-list.
