WebDriver Release Version 76.0.174.0 for x64 does not contain a Windows executable file
Hi, unfortunately, the latest Edge WebDriver release for x64 does not contain a windows executable. Instead, it contains an unidentified file, possibly the macOS executable. Cheers Stefan

I noticed this about 30 minutes ago and logged a bug. I'm not sure what happened along the pipeline, but we'll get it fixed asap. In the meantime, you SHOULD be able to use the older one up there.
