Webcam detection broke with 88.0.705.9 (Dev channel) on MacOS

Webcam stopped working after yesterday's update.  This happens on MacOS (10.15 Catalina), but not on Windows 10.  I tried Restarting Edge Restarting MacOS Removing, then re-adding microphone and ...

I've reported this via the feedback mechanism to Microsoft and got an email saying the team is looking into it.

    keeganwitt It happens on Big Sur too. I'm on Big Sur.
