Web Capture doesn't work well in Crome Store extensions pages...

... but works fine in the Chrome Store home page (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions).

Open any extension page and try copy an area (like this extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/sketchpad/eekbbmglbfldjpgbmajenafphnfjonnc or any other).

The captured area does not match the selected area.

Perhaps this is happening on many other sites.
