Visual inconsistency in the title bar

When you open the Extension fly-out the title bar remains dark, but when you open the fly-out of the other buttons (Bookmarks, History, Downloads etc.) the title bar turns gray (it loses focus).
Nothing big, except for those who are perfectionists or suffer from OCD
