Vertical Tabs: ideas for better use of the top of the browser

I want the vertical tabs panel to be resizable but removing the top bar is a bad idea, make it impossible to drag and move the Edge window.
other users also said the same thing, that we will lose our grip and won't be able to click on anything to drag and move the Edge window with.
