Vertical Tab tooltips

Just updated to 94.0.992.47 in our enterprise environment.  The tooltips for the Vertical Tabs seem to flicker and appear in multiple areas of the screen when quickly moving the mouse over the open tabs.  See attached gif (although the gif doesn't quite do the issue justice).
