Useless black line displays below browser chrome

I don't know how else to explain this, but I'm pretty sure this is a glitch.

Hapens to me too 79.0.308.1 Dev. Look like this happens with display scaling on (125% for me) and only fullscreen. When I disable scaling the line is gone.

Edge insider Dev on full screen doesn't show address bar or tabs.

    I also see the black line on Edge Dev.
