I have build Version 78.0.276.2 (Official build) dev (64-bit) and it seems to be extremely buggy. I can't get to some pages as it has issues connecting but any other browser works, although I must admit, I'm having some of the same errors with Chrome but not classic Edge or Firefox. Also images aren't showing on some sites. In addition, when I click on What's New and try to click on known issues or others, the pages do nothing. This build is horrible and I'm about to uninstall and drop testing the new Edge. Fix soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,
sometimes the uninstall leaves leftovers that can still cause problem on a new installation.
you can try deleting them manually for Edge insider.
first Close all instances of Edge insider browsers. check task manager to be sure.
1. type in the address bar: edge://version/
2. look for the "Profile path"
3. paste in into file explorer or manually navigate to there. when you get there, delete that folder then move back 2 directories and delete all of them as well.
so for example if the profile path shows you this:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge SxS\User Data\Default
you need to go back 2 directories.
C:\Users\HotCakeX\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge SxS\
and then delete everything in there
the path I used above is for Edge canary, yours will be different and shown when you type edge://version/ in your browser address bar.
now don't open the Edge again. first uninstall and then reinstall a fresh one. that should fix those problems.

HotCakeX, thanks for the info. I ran out of time troubleshoot the issue as I already spent a few hours on this but this morning it seems fine which is really weird. Even though I uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled and worked with it, it today seems to work just fine no adjustments beyond that to computer or anything else. Maybe it updated.

HotCakeX, actually I'm back to having issues. The browser worked like it should have for only a few hours then acted up.
