In case you do not know this, but you can right click on "any" link no matter where it is.. i.e. Favorite/favorite bar/link on web page.. etc.... and there will be an option to open in new tab...... I use this option all the time....

Dennis5mile if you middle-click on a link, it opens in a new tab, no questions asked. Very helpful for me. (Note that some mice don't have this button)

Dennis5milethank you , i know that, but 3 steps to open an link is much of time i think, many other browsers get the link in new tab just one click , and that make sense
- ArkansasBen77Jul 12, 2019Brass ContributorIn other browsers, there's an option in Settings to launch all new links in new tabs. I've never enabled it. But when I do want to open a link in a new tab, I just hold down Ctrl while left clicking. Works perfect.
