Update Edge's UI to make it like Edge HTML

Every function on Edge HTML was at a glance, like getting access to Favorites/History/Downloads. On new Edge, to get to a certain task, several clicks are needed to be pressed. 

Opening 'Downloads' on Edge HTML won't require to open a new tab. On Edge Chromium, it happens. 

Those options should be in a SIDE panel.
