Unable to open Edge at all unless using admin rights
Am using Version 76.0.167.0 (Official build) dev (64-bit)
Trying to open the browser, nothing at all happens when I try. Works fine when using "run as Administrator" but this seems like it could be a bad idea.
I don't get any error message or reaction at all, no idea where to start troubleshooting.
MarbleMouse, we had an issue with the build that we chose to promote to Dev. We have since pulled the build down. You have two choices to get unblocked:
1) You can wait until tomorrow, we will be publishing a build that has a fix for the crash, or
2) Uninstall and reinstall from https://microsoftedgeinsider.com/download

- Same here. Mine was working fine now will only open with admin rights. It's crashing and leave a message in the event viewer.
Tried to reset the settings while in admin. Didn't work. Still crashes.
Reinstalling worked.
