Elliot Kirk Elliot, if the language issue is not resolved in a matter of hours, you might want to have Microsoft temporarily block downloads from the Microsoft Edge web page (see https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge for the English-US variant).
I've seen several links already to this web page in the trade press, so people who are not Insiders might be downloading from that page. This is the page from which I downloaded MicrosoftEdgeSetup.exe, and that file generated the language issues I reported.
