UI settings disabled on managed browsers
On managed browsers ["Your browser is managed by your organization"], the option to set DNS over HTTPS (DoH) is disabled on the Privacy, search and services page.
Is this the only option that isn't available on managed browsers? If not, is there a list anywhere of features that are different on managed browsers?

I just wasted a few hours troubleshooting this, only to come to the same conclusion. The expected behavior should be if DnsOverHttpsMode is not set by a group policy, Edge should allow users to configure this setting and not disable it. However, that is not the case. For example, my browser is managed and neither DnsOverHttpsMode or DnsOverHttpsTemplates is set but looks like this:
Information located here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/deployedge/microsoft-edge-policies#dnsoverhttpsmode should list this behavior, but does not. This is frustrating, but I think I'm speaking to an empty room. It looks like this can be overridden in certain scenarios with the local group policy editor, even though it is not ideal.
