UI Bug with Edge Dev 111.0.1660.12 (Official build) dev (64-bit)

1. With the vertical tabs style, the group tab is not aligned with each other tabs. 

2. Horizontal style, the margin left and right of tab group is not the same.

3. Is there any setting to turn off when I hover the Bing icon in the right corner?
