Two-way synchronization of bookmarks and passwords between Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome browsers

I think that is unlikely to happen - and a security risk. Anything accessing that information is likely deeply prohibited to be accessed - and for good reason. I recommend looking into the options lke bitwarden (free lastpass alternative) and use that instead to keep your passwords updated.
